Overview I want you to be delighted with your purchase from JustELLIE.Art. If you are not satisfied, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. These terms apply to items purchased directly from JustELLIE.Art (including website and official pop-up events) unless a separate policy is provided at time of sale.
Eligibility for Returns
Physical goods (prints, framed art, merchandise): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items (commissioned art, customized prints): Final sale and not eligible for returns including defects or damage. See Restoration Policy
Digital downloads (digital prints, files): Non-refundable once downloaded. If you can't access your download due to a delivery error, contact us for assistance.
Gift cards: Non-refundable.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in original condition—unused, undamaged, with original packaging and any included certificates or documentation.
For framed items, ensure frame and glass are intact. Damage occurring after delivery may not be eligible.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Initiating a Return
Contact us within the eligibility period with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return shipping carrier and cost:
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item, or defective product): We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, changed mind): Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Timing for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, if product price differs, we will refund the difference or request additional payment as applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if an item is damaged or defective.
Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging. For damaged shipments, keep packaging until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require it for claims.
When approved, we will replace the item for glass prints only, refund the purchase, or offer store credit as agreed.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your item, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will help initiate a carrier investigation.
For items lost in transit, after carrier confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders for in-stock items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.
Custom or commissioned orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
International Returns
Buyers are responsible for return customs fees and duties unless the return is due to our error. International return shipping and processing may take longer.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/commissioned art (unless damaged)
Digital downloads once delivered
Clearance or final sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable
Contact To start a return or report a problem, provide your order number, item name, and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Address for Returns Return address and prepaid label (if applicable) will be provided after return authorization.
Modifications We may update this policy occasionally. The version applicable to your purchase will be the one in effect at the time of sale.

These Content Creator Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Content Creator ("Content Creator," "I," "me") and the Client ("Client," "you") for content creating services provided by the Content Creator. By commissioning work, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging the Creator’s services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and Scope
• Services: I provide writing, editing, proofreading, content strategy, ghostwriting, research, and related services as agreed in each project proposal, quote, or statement of work.
• Deliverables: Specific deliverables, formats, deadlines, and any milestones will be defined in a project brief, proposal, or order confirmation. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a change order and additional fees.
2. Engagement and Acceptance
• Proposal/Quote: Engagement begins when you accept a written proposal or quote and pay any required deposit or initial fee.
• Lead Time: Standard lead times apply; rush requests may incur expedited fees and are accepted at my discretion.
3. Fees, Payment, and Deposits
• Rates: Fees are as stated in the proposal, quote, or posted rate sheet. Hourly or project rates may be used.
• Deposit: A deposit (commonly 25–50%) may be required before work begins. The deposit is credited toward the final invoice and is non-refundable except as stated below.
• Payment Terms: Final payment is due on delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified (commonly 7–30 days). Late payments may incur interest or late fees.
• Additional Costs: Client is responsible for approved third-party costs (research subscriptions, stock assets, travel) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions and Acceptance
• Revisions: The number of included revision rounds will be specified. Additional revisions are billed at the stated rate.
• Acceptance: Work is considered accepted if the Client does not request revisions or provide written rejection within a specified review period (commonly 7–14 days) after delivery.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
• Cancellation by Client: If you cancel before work begins, refundable amounts (if any) will be returned less any non-recoverable costs. If you cancel after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work performed up to cancellation plus any non-recoverable costs and a reasonable cancellation fee.
• Cancellation by Content Creator: I may cancel or suspend work for nonpayment, breach of these Terms, or other valid cause; deposits may be retained to cover work performed.
• Refunds: Refunds are at my discretion and will be handled per the terms in the project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Materials and Access: You will provide timely, accurate materials, approvals, and access to necessary systems or people. Delays in providing materials may shift deadlines and incur additional fees.
• Legal Compliance: You guarantee that provided materials do not infringe third-party rights, contain illegal content, or violate applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property and Rights
• Copyright Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain copyright to drafts and non-final works until full payment is received. Upon full payment, I assign to you the agreed-upon rights (commonly exclusive rights to the final deliverable for the agreed use).
• Moral Rights: I retain moral rights where applicable unless expressly waived in writing.
• Portfolio Use: Unless you expressly prohibit it in writing, I may display work samples or excerpts in my portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, provided confidential or sensitive information is removed.
• Third-party Materials: Use of third-party licensed content is subject to the third party’s license terms. Client is responsible for any additional licensing fees.
8. Confidentiality
• Confidential Information: I will maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information you clearly identify as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or with your consent.
• Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, already known to me, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
• Mutual Warranties: Each party warrants they have the authority to enter this agreement and will comply with applicable laws.
• Writer Warranty: I warrant that deliverables will be original and not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and will conform materially to the agreed specifications.
• Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, services and deliverables are provided "as is." I disclaim other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Indemnification and Liability
• Client Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims arising from your use of deliverables, breach of these Terms, or supplied materials that infringe third-party rights.
